A typical Toastmasters session is a highly structured, 2-hour learning experience divided into three main acts:
Members prepare and deliver project speeches based on their chosen educational Path. These speeches range from 5 to 7 minutes and focus on specific objectives such as vocal variety, body language, visual aids, or storytelling.
This is the fun and interactive segment where guests and members are invited to speak for 1 to 2 minutes on random, impromptu topics. It trains your brain to think quickly on your feet and respond with structure under pressure.
Every prepared speaker is assigned an evaluator who provides immediate, constructive verbal and written feedback. We also track grammatical accuracy, filler words (Ah-Counter), and strict timeline guidelines (Timer).
